There are endless possibilities for creative activities of this type. It is beneficial at any age though, and I believe that they have groups for older children and teens as well. Children in the elementary years need to learn basic social skills and learn to attend to others. When learned well, conflict resolution skills will help at home and in the workplace throughout life. We could add more of the R's; Relationships, Respect. Time spent in a homeschooling group doing activities vs a classroom environment are not where friendships are formed.
